In this episode, Mardee sits down with Donna Dale.

Donna is a pool safety inspector and is completing her training to work as a building certifier.

Building certifiers play a critical role as the "regulators" of Australian building standards and construction codes.  Building certifiers make sure buildings stay up and don't blow over or fall apart.  Pretty important, hey?

Mardee and Donna talk about shiraz-coloured steel capped boots, and why the building certification process is so important.  They also talk about the biggest misconception in Donna's industry ... that women don't understand the technical aspects of building and construction.
